Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Aralel ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Hedortal iOS application ("App"). By installing or using the App you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and that you accept these Terms.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent;
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchases or subscription verification.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases and a subscription ("The Collector's Vault") processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process cancellations directly.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. You may request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• EU/EEA consumers: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. However, by starting to use digital content (e.g., immediately unlocking a coin), you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.

4. Game Center

Leaderboard scores and achievements are submitted to Apple Game Center. Your Game Center username and scores may be visible to other players. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Personalised ads are only served with your explicit consent granted via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may opt out at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking or the Privacy Settings option inside the App. Non-personalised ads may still be shown.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including 3D coin models, graphics, shaders, sounds, and the "Hedortal" name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Aralel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 3D coin models are inspired by historical artefacts and are original artistic works created for the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Manipulate or exploit game mechanics in a way that gives an unfair advantage on leaderboards;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or connected services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aralel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable national consumer protection laws. Mandatory statutory guarantees (e.g. conformity of the service) are not excluded.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases unless required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or an update to this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
